Hello my name is Tammy, a summary of my computer background is I received my bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from DeVry in 2003, and I am also A+ certified in common knowledge of computers and their systems. I have worked at Blue Cross and Blue Shield as a Personal Computer Technician and at H&R Block as a Digital Technical Support Representative. On a more personal experience I have tinkered with and fixed my own computer systems and for all my family and friends since 2000.
